My chitenge collection

Time to pack away all my lovely chitenges.  In summer I often carry a chitenge or two in my beach kit. They come in handy for unplanned beach trips as a sarong or a simple towel.

Kitenge or chitenge is an African garment similar to sarong, often worn by women wrapped around the chest or waist, over the head as a headscarf, or as a baby sling.
